1. Scope
The buyer describes the objective, marks the location, selects timing and uploads available documentation. The system turns those inputs into a consistent operation record.
2. Review
A technical review identifies missing information, constraints and the likely equipment or competence needed. Environmental data is planning support only and is not a navigational or operational approval.
3. Match
Relevant suppliers are first screened by mandatory status and service-domain rules. When the AI connection is active, the model then compares the full structured scope with capability, equipment, region, documentation, availability, risk and verified climate data.
Every recommendation includes reasons and uncertainties. The buyer can review all eligible suppliers and choose another candidate; a selection requests a proposal and does not award a contract.
4. Award and delivery
The buyer and selected supplier confirm price, final scope, responsibilities, HSE requirements and contract terms before mobilisation. The supplier is responsible for lawful and safe execution.
