Marketplace terms

1. Platform role

NEREVIK is operated by Kystservice & Drone AS, organisation no. 936 441 246. The platform helps structure requirements, review information and identify potential suppliers.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, NEREVIK is not the operator performing the field work and is not a party to the operational contract between buyer and supplier.

2. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information
• Share only files and personal data you are authorised to share
• Do not submit unlawful, malicious or safety-critical instructions
• Independently approve the final scope, supplier, price and contract
• Protect account access and promptly report suspected misuse

3. Supplier responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, certificates, availability, commercial information and submitted climate or energy data. Environmental claims must be specific, current and supported by evidence. The selected supplier is responsible for permits, competence, insurance, HSE, safe execution and compliance with applicable law.

4. Quotes, fees and payment

Submitting a request or Basic supplier profile is free unless stated otherwise. Any subscription, success fee or enterprise charge must be disclosed and accepted in a separate order or commercial agreement before it becomes payable.

Quotes and estimates may change when the scope, site conditions or mobilisation assumptions change. Payment for operational work follows the contract agreed between buyer and supplier unless NEREVIK expressly provides a separate payment service.

5. No operational, AI or climate guarantee

AI recommendations, rule-based matching, environmental information and Low-Impact Operations Scores are decision support. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and cannot approve competence, certificates, permits, safety or contract award. The buyer and NEREVIK must review the underlying evidence.

A climate score reflects the stated methodology and evidence status; it is not a life-cycle assessment, product environmental declaration, guarantee of emissions or proof that a supplier is generally environmentally friendly. NEREVIK does not guarantee supplier availability, award, price, weather, sea state, permit approval or project outcome. Map, current and wave information must not be used as a substitute for professional planning or navigation.

6. Liability and governing law

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate written agreement. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. These terms are governed by Norwegian law; disputes should first be raised with Kystservice & Drone AS in good faith.
